The first floor features a spacious bedroom with two full beds and a 40-inch flat-screen smart TV, complemented by a convenient bathroom accessible from the hallway. The heart of the home, the kitchen, boasts stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops perfect for meal preparation, and dining options for up to 12 guests, including bar stool seating and a dedicated kids' table. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a spacious living room, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Ascending to the second level, you'll discover two primary suites, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. These suites also provide access to a deck, offering stunning direct ocean views. Additionally, the second floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with two full beds, sharing a third upstairs bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the private pool, backyard, and both balconies. Enjoy the views from the upper balcony overlooking the ocean and the lower balcony by the pool deck. All bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are for your exclusive use. You'll also have access to the laundry room. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes.
