Other things to note By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle. We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay.
