Located just a quarter-mile from downtown and 1.5 miles from the pier, this property offers convenience and relaxation. Enjoy the beach, pool, and the unique option of using golf carts to explore the area. With over 1500 sq ft of space, this villa is ideal for families and groups seeking a memorable vacation. The space Step inside Jen's Bay Retreat, where you will find dual downstairs master suites with king beds and a private en suite bathroom each so you and your family don't have to fight over who gets the best bedroom. Also on the main level is a comfy living room with plenty of seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen and not 1 but 2 screened porches sheltered from the sun. Stroll upstairs and you will find a 2nd large living room space with a sleeper sofa and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and more porch seating off the 2nd living room. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Entry is through a twist key lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before checking in! Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes.
