There is a 55" flat screened tv, queen sleeper sofa and separate love seat, large dining table seating 6 and additional dining table on the balcony for and ocean facing breakfast or Happy Hour. There is a fully stocked galley style kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops that you can prepare delicious home cooked meals in if you choose. The primary suite has a full sized bed, twin bed, his and hers closets, flat screen tv, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom and private balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom also has full and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating so you can watch the kids play at the pool while in the shade. There is also a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from this balcony. Guest access The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes.
