The first floor features two well-furnished bedrooms each with a queen bed. On the second floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including an Oceanside master suite with a king bed, a street-side master with a king bed, and a north-side bedroom with two double beds, perfect for children or additional guests. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your beachwear and linens throughout your stay. Relax on one of the two decks overlooking the pool and facing oceanward, gather in the spacious living area, or take a short drive/walk to the nearby restaurants, the pier, and/or the beach! Guest access The entire home including 2 full width-of-the-house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper looking out toward the ocean. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes.
